If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Earrings are final sale. If your earrings arrive damaged, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON’T! They can become weak and break.

We are unable to cancel orders during launches due to increased demand of items. 

We ship domestically to all 50 US states and territories

Please allow 3-5 business to process your orders. Orders will typically go out before then, but during times of high volume, such as launches, we ask for additional time to process your orders.

All orders will be sent via USPS Flat Rate Shipping. Shipping is a flat $6.00 with free shipping available for all orders of $30 or more.

Flat Rate Shipping is unisured. Please note, if your package becomes lost with one of the economy shipping options, we are not responsible for refunding/canceling the order. You will need to reach out to your local postal service to locate your package.
